Big boy bed

Pip is in a big boy bed! Many people have conflicting theories on when you should move your toddler to a bed, and why, and I am among those people. Personally, I feel that you should do the move when a) they are sleeping well (12 hours at night, and one 2 hour nap in the day), b) they can comprehend instructions, c) they aren't too moody or independent (like most 2 year olds are), and, d) no one is sick.

For us, this has happened between 17-20 months of age. A lot of people think this is too young, however, I've done it three times and it's worked perfectly each time.

Philip loves being able to get in and out of his bed and we have had zero conflict or issue so far. He was very giddy and excited the first night and has been perfect ever since.

Homeschool

We LOVE homeschooling. I have the best kids in the world and I love teaching them. It helps that they love learning, and being together. We are going to have a fun year!

Crazy hair for homeschoolers!

Even Pip gets in on the action.

So focused.

Being silly is okay, as long as we are learning :).
