A Post from Rob

Our boys are incredible.

As you know Kim and I recently welcomed our third son into the world and this has meant a lot of adjusting for our family. One major adjustment that our older boys have had to make is in their understanding of how much attention Mom and Dad can give them. They have done amazingly well with this and I have personally noticed that both boys have risen to helping us however they can.

Below is a video that I took tonight. When supper ended I said "ok boys, let's clean up the kitchen!" and Silas pushed a chair up to the kitchen sink and responded with "I do soap tonight!" Immediately after that Ezra pushed another chair up and said "I'll rinse!"

I stepped back. Alright, let's see where this goes.

They did all the dishes. And yes, they were clean. I checked. They may be cleaner then when I do them.

In the meantime I scrubbed the counters and swept the floor. It took us 20 min to clean the whole kitchen.

So proud. So, so proud.

Silas turns 3!

The newest big brother around turned three today and it was really fun to have a day to celebrate him! We had a small party with a relay race, a treasure hunt, mini pizza, cake, gifts and fun! It was extra special because Grandma got to be here- and she made the cake! Happy birthday Silas!
Working REALLY hard to get those three fingers up!

Welcome to the New Blog!

We've moved! Make sure you change the link to your favourites! 5 years over at "ezrachronicles" was plenty long enough, especially since it's not all about Ezra, and hasn't been for quite some time now!

Hope you like the changes :)
